WHAT TO EXPECT
|
Your therapist will arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the
scheduled appointment, to set up and prepare
for your treatment. A short consultation is provided, which
is a good time to ask any questions you may have.

WHAT TO WEAR
|
We suggest you wear something comfortable. If you are
having a massage or wrap, your therapist will leave you to
disrobe in private. Undergarments are not necessary, but
can be worn if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to
drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being
treated.

THERAPIST REQUESTS
|
We will make every attempt to honor your request for a female
or male therapist. However, we cannot guarantee
availability.
|
|
GRATUITIES
|
In appreciation for excellent service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion.
|
|
GIFT CERTIFICATES
|
We would be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect
gift for that someone special. We can mail it in advance,
or deliver it once you arrive.

CANCELLATIONS
|
We require 24-hours notice for any date changes or cancellations
of services, and 48-hours notice for any date changes or
cancellations of packages. Otherwise a 50% cancellation fee
applies.
